Ms. Aloe Morlando is a mother of two. She started her business 16 years ago from her kitchen table, while holding a bottle to her 3-month-old son's mouth and coloring with her 2-year-old daughter. She realized that this would be a great opportunity to work in the hospitality industry.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Managing and coordinating the logistics of events, especially for larger jobs; Overseeing tents, DJs, seating, flowers, catering, booking and scheduling; Smoothing out any problems that may arise; Signing in all workers; Ensuring that uniforms guidelines are adhered to and all work is done properly; Overseeing up to 262 part-time employees; Conducting training meetings on etiquette and general rules
