Why did you become involved in your profession or industry?:
She became involved in her profession after volunteering at a rehabilitation center at the age of 14 during her first summer job. She has been involved with health care since she was 16, as a certified nursing assistant and then went on to become a LPN in 1991.

Ms. Anderson is a certified coordinator of the Resident Assessment Instrument, which is a tool utilized for the state and federal mandated assessment of residents. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services published the Resident Assessment Instrument manual, which helps staff gather the information used to asses and plan the care of residents.
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Assessing patients for care needs during rehabilitation and implementing a plan of care for their length; Gathering information from clinical chart record, resident/family member interviews and staff assessments to implement a suitable pain and continence management program for new and long term residents
