Elaine Andino has an absolute passion to coach and motivate people to achieve anything they once believed impossible. She helps people struggling with anxieties, relationship challenges, behavioral challenges, for instance, as well as those who are unhappy at work and who feel they are on the road to nowhere. She has spent well over 16 years working with individuals challenged by life challenges before establishing her own coaching and consulting business, and understands the difficulties of leading a balanced life, overcoming personal challenges and the importance of results focused minds. She states that she lives each day by her motto, “ our life is our legacy and upon our death our life serves as our legacy.” She attributes her success to her desire to give back to her community and her hard work.

Some of the areas she will direct her attention is in financial empowerment, scholarships for adults returning to school to further their education; felons who have transitioned back into society but no longer qualify for governmental aid to further their education.
