Ms. Aguilar has devoted most of her career to the California Public Utilities Commission, where she has worked on many high-profile cases related to the construction of the Pacific Gas and Electric Company's Diablo Canyon plant and national gas deregulation. She also provides consulting services in employment law, including confidential employment investigations in both the public and private sectors.
